Meet Ilze Tolpeznikova

Ilze Tolpeznikova is the founder and lead export strategist with expertise in market development, multinational marketing, and product strategy across Europe, including France, Spain, and Germany. Since 2008, she has led market research, product positioning, and international expansion for food and kitchenware brands from the Baltics, Spain, France, and the UK.

With over 20 years of international experience living in Lithuania, Germany, Mexico, and France, Ilze brings cultural fluency, business insight, and speaks six languages: Latvian, English, French, German, Spanish, and conversational Russian.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Economics & Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and a Master’s in International Business from Friedrich-Alexander University in Germany.

All materials, documents, deliverables, and content created during the delivery of services remain the property of Tirgus Consult. A perpetual, non-exclusive license is granted to the Customer for internal use only. Sharing or transferring these materials to third parties requires prior written consent.
