Meet Ilze Tolpeznikova
Ilze Tolpeznikova is the founder of Tirgus Consult and a lead export strategist with expertise in market development, multinational marketing, and product strategy across Europe. Since 2008, she has led market research, product positioning, and international expansion for food and kitchenware brands from the Baltics, Spain, France, and the UK.
With over 20 years of international experience living in Lithuania, Germany, Mexico, and France, Ilze brings cultural fluency, business insight, and speaks six languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Latvian and conversational Russian.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Economics & Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and a Master’s in International Business from Friedrich-Alexander University in Germany.
